How much does it cost to have it delivered to my order?
We work with reliable Dutch transporters who have extensive experience in the transport of internal means of transport. The transport costs depend on the product and delivery destination and the costs are displayed in the shopping cart

What is the average delivery time for an order?
We strive to have the product delivered to you within 3 working days. The delivery date is always in consultation.

Are you unable to attend the agreed delivery date?
If you unexpectedly cannot be present on the agreed delivery date? Then you can let us know in advance. This can be done free of charge up to 24 hours in advance (on working days). If you change the delivery date within 24 hours, we are obliged to charge the transport costs. If you are not present at the time of the actual delivery, you will have to charge the transport costs. The transport costs depend on the product and the delivery destination. These are visible on your invoice. We will contact you within 24 hours to make a new appointment with you.

Do I get proof of delivery?
Yes, you will receive a CMR with packing slip on delivery. All details of the vehicle are stated on this: any defects, hourly position, etc. The transporter brings a copy of the packing slip for our administration.
