How long do I have a warranty on new products?
We offer a 12-month warranty on all new vehicles. The warranty period can be found on the vehicle page. The warranty starts on the day of delivery/collection. Warranty means that in normal use our vehicle must not break down. If this is the case, we will repair or replace the vehicle free of charge.

How long do I have a warranty on used products?
We do not guarantee used machines. With a used machine, something can always happen that both parties have not been able to take into account in advance.
This can happen due to, for example, a production error, a hidden defect or just bad luck. If your used machine unexpectedly fails within 14 days, please report this to us and we will always come up with a solution.

How do you solve defects?
If your product fails within the warranty period, please report the defect directly to us by filling in the defect form. When the defect is reported, the vehicle is checked and repaired by a mechanic.
If, after inspection by the technician, it appears that the product cannot be repaired, a replacement product will of course be delivered, in consultation.
If we do not have a replaceable vehicle or if the repair costs are too high, we will collect the vehicle from you and you will receive a refund of your purchase amount.

REPORT DEFECT

What is not covered by the warranty?
Some items are not covered by the warranty: damage caused by the improper use of the vehicle, parts that have been affected by wear and tear and parts whose damage or defect was known before you purchased the vehicle.

But even if the repair is no longer within the warranty period, we will be happy to solve it for you. For example, damage due to fall, pressure, impact or moisture damage?

In this case, the cost of the repair will be charged.

Is the warranty transferable?
No, the warranty is not transferable. If you purchased our vehicle second-hand through another provider, our warranty expires and you pay the costs for repair and or a replacement vehicle.
